We adhere to national laws and regulations concerning personal data protection. Members will remain anonymous with regard to sensitive and personal information given to or shared with clients.
Your information and privacy remains our highest priority. We and our contracted survey software suppliers comply with the ESOMAR* online research guidelines and the personal integrity standards detailed in the 1998 Data Protection Act.
Under the Data Protection Act all members have the right to view their personal information upon request.
Direction Research will act with discretion at all times and will not use the information you provide for any purpose other than the one that is clearly stated in the terms of each survey.
